Let’s check what kind of necessary actions you can take so you can have a worry-free holiday.
  1. Check the condition of your house windows and doors: it must be working properly and can be locked to make it difficult for anyone who may try to break in.
  2. Use security lighting: place it at certain locations outside and inside your home, using automatic sensors so that the light is on at a certain time in the evening and early morning.
  3. Install CCTV: you can place it outside and inside the house. Connect with your cell phone too, so you can always check and see the condition of your house at any time.
  4. Keep your valuables out of sight. You may consider putting important documents or your jewellery in a bank safe or safety deposit box.
  5. Don’t forget to turn off all electrical appliances and the water meter.
  6. If you have someone or your house staff look after your house, inform them not to receive any guests. Immediately contact our emergency number at 08001900911 if they hear or see something suspicious.
  7. Please be informed that there are no activities by TMD without prior notification, either by WA or email blast. No contractor can enter the residential area and carry out any activities without official permission from TMD.
  8. If you have pets, keep them in a safe place.
