For the rest of the public landscaped areas, let TMD do the work. Lippo Village has been designed with exceptional landscape to give the town a greener and cleaner environment. Hence, we seek the cooperation of residents to not disturb the verges and green areas in front of and around your house.
The green areas outside your property remains under the Developer and is reserved for public infrastructure and installations.
TMD also found some fruit trees have been planted on the verges. Plant within your own property! It’s important to know that planting fruit trees will disturb the original landscaping design that has been a hallmark of Lippo Village.
Did you know that you can add more leaf waste around the area and may cause damage to the water distribution pipes or electrical systems and other installations below. So, please do not plant on the verges and lend your support to TMD’s initiatives to maintain our town in the best shape and reap the benefits for years to come!
The TMD Landscape Team will routinely remove trees planted on verges or other vacant lots. Keep maintaining your own gardens and let TMD do the rest. Be respectful of the property of others!
